About Transforming Lives Academy
Transforming Lives Academy was founded in October of 2011. The Founder/President Gloria Andrews had a strong vision to help youth in the Bolingbrook Community. After working as a certified educator, she realized that students were not advancing with their education, communities were more and more becoming disadvantaged becomes of lack of resources, motivation, and inspiration to be successful despite any obstacles in their way. Gloria new with tutoring students could increase academically, mentoring and coaching could lead to women and youth to aspire to be successful by setting goals and having a successful individual coach them along the way, and those women of tomorrow are the girls today that need empowering workshops, connection, and a platform to grow. Our supporters and volunteers help families.
Transforming Lives Academy’s mission is to enrich lives for a successful future. We work within the community to mentor and coach individuals desirous of becoming successful in all aspects of their lives. Our dedication to higher education provides the platform by which we service today’s learner. We are enthusiastic and focused on providing services for our clients:

Transforming Lives Academy has been approved by the IRS as a nonprofit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and is incorporated and registered in the state of Illinois. As an approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law,
Gloria Andrews, President & Founder
President and Founder of Transforming Lives Academy, Bolingbrook, IL
Gloria earned a Master’s Degree in Education from DePaul University, Chicago, IL. She is a Certified Adult Educator, Mentor, and Master Facilitator.
Gloria works with young adults and youth to help them achieve their goals. Provides assistance to individuals to help them obtain employment. Mentoring and coaching individuals to help change the quality of their lives.
